Sadly, Coli passed away in December 2022. We miss him dearly. Thank you, Coli, for being part of the herd — you'll always be in our hearts. Coli arrived with a broken spirit, having given up all hope in life and in humanity. He was already 25 years old and, after a lifetime of competing across Spain, was abandoned by his owner in a field without the care or feed he was used to. He was missing molars and could barely chew, yet was only given hay and straw, leaving him seriously malnourished. But the worst part was his broken heart — his owner's betrayal had affected him deeply. Thanks to the help of sponsors, we were able to help him improve, and he even regained some fat and muscle on his old bones. He found it hard to trust people, but he absolutely loved Molly and Donk and couldn't be without them. He ate special soaked feed for senior horses, and an osteopath visited him regularly.
